Can writing help us feel better? While the objective is not to act as a substitute for medical support (this session will not replace any appointments with a specialist), experience has shown me that playing with words could help to reinforce self-confidence, find joy and peace. This is what we will be exploring during this online session, which can happen via video conferencing (Skype) or chat, whichever best suits you. 

You can book as many sessions as you like, because they will always be tailored to your own objectives. They can then act as a tool box - giving you exercices you can practice at anytime - or as enhanced support - we sometimes just need this little extra help to accept that spending time for us is good.
